Visiting Norris Lake Soon... Its Getting Warm !

So its finally getting warmer and I find my mind drifting back to the times my family and friends shared on our floating home last year.

I would think that in the weeks to come my wife and I will be heading down to Norris to prepair our floating house for this years rental period. And of course to enjoy a little peace and quite ourselves as well.

I know we have to pick up a new table for the front porch as all the chairs I guess blew away last year so we are most likely going to get a couple of those big plastic picknik tables and bolt them down to the deck this year.

My brother and I will be sealing all the wood on the decks as well wow that doesnt sound like fun I know but think about all the boating on the lake we will be doing before having to seal the decks the last day :)

Cliff Jumping , Bridge Jumping At Norris Lake

I am asked alot

Where is the best place to jump off a cliff? Which Marina is closest to it?

And this is what I know about cliff / Bridge jumping at Norris Lake,

There is a great place past Blue Springs on the right before Monks Corner, see Jumping Rock in my Photos here.
In the summer there are usually boats stopped there with people jumping.
This is between day markers 14 and 15.

A lot of people jump off Cedar Creek Bridge just Past Sugar Hollow on Cedar Creek, see Jumpin bridge in my photos here.

Some people jump at point 19, and across from point 3
